QUALIFICATIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBLITY

This scholarship is awarded to an 18 and under USASoftball of Southern California Junior Olympic Rec. Ball Player in SOCALIF who is a senior, in good standing having graduated or is graduating from high school this season with the following qualifications.

NOTE: The player must not have a full ride scholarship from any other organization!
1. A letter stating personal goals and ambitions from player, including the need for a
Scholarship. (Typed) Three letters of recommendations. One from your school and two from sources other then family.
2. A G.P.A. minimum of 2.0 (include transcripts , does not have to be official)
3. Has been a USAsoftball Player on a USA Southern California Recreation Team for more than one summer season. And has not played Travel Ball.
5. List of community service awards, honors and achievements.

No awards will be granted to recipients if the receipt of such award is not allowed in conjunction with any other forms of financial aid the recipient may be entitled to receive.
The awarding and funding of any grant through this program is entirely dependent upon the generation of net proceeds as a result of the operation of the SoCalif USAsoftball Players Association. There can be no guarantee that any award will be made
